Membership Application

New Members - You may submit a membership application using this on-line form or write directly to The Secretary, Chats Lake Community Boat Club, PO Box 546, Arnprior, Ontario, K7S 3T8 to request an application form. A Membership Application Form in PDF format can also be downloaded from this site, however if using this method please ensure that you already have prior approval to join the club before sending any money (normally only an issue if you require wet docking or storage for a very large boat), and have read and understood the membership terms and conditions.

Please note that our membership fees cover family membership, however on this form we ask only that you provide one contact name and address.
